Glam on the Go

Glam on the Go, a premier event entertaiment provider, needed a new website to reflect their growing brand and to showcase their wide variety of interactive entertainment options.

Glam on the Go had an existing website, a great logo and an extensive photo library of all their entertainment stations. But the beauty and breath of their work was lost in the clutter and lack of branding of their antiquated website.

I was tasked with designing a new look and feel that cemented their brand while building a site that was organized and easy to navigate. The site also needed to be easy for Glam on the Go’s team to update the photography on their own.

Finally, Glam on the Go needed an automated contact form to simplify new client requests and to make following up easier.

Using black and white and simple fonts plus a traditional website flow, Glam on the Go’s extensive menu of entertainment options were allowed to shine.

Because all their photography was so colorful and impactful, we needed simple colors that would make the images pop. Black and white provide a clean and modern backdrop especially when coupled with bold but plain fonts.

To ensure all the entertainment options were easy to see and sort through, I created a visual menu for each. And by keeping the descriptions concise, the images were once again free to do the heavy-lifting.

Lastly I built a simple contact form that captures everything Glam on the Go needs to manage bookings. I set it up so all inquiries are captured in a Google Worksheet accessible by all the staff. This makes scheduling, upselling and maintaining a client roster seamless.

The end result is cool, modern and glamorous…perfectly on brand for this cutting-edge entertainment provider. Future clients can easily scroll through the endless options on the professional site and quickly contact Glam on the Go to book their party. Glam on the Go has established themselves as the go-to entertainment provider in the tri-state area and now they have a website that will continue to help them grow.
